Each menu is meticulously crafted to showcase precision, passion and exceptional craftsmanship, highlighting the finest seasonal ingredients and time-honoured techniques. Signature creations include Double-Boiled Sea Whelk Soup with Conpoy and Basil, Seared Xisha Island Lobster with Creamy Garlic Sauce, and Chaoshan-Style Poached Threadfish with Plum Sauce.
