Established in 1973, Pete’s Place at Grand Hyatt Singapore is Southeast Asia’s longest-running Hyatt restaurant and a cornerstone of the local dining scene for half a century. With Chef de Cuisine Salvatore Catania Giorgio at the helm, the menu artfully represents Italy’s diverse regional cuisines, while thoughtfully weaving in the rich culinary traditions of Chef Salvatore’s Northern Italian heritage.
