Meaning “heartbeat” in Spanish, Latido is more than a Latin American restaurant; it is a celebration of Colombian culture, where innovative cuisine, community, and hospitality come together in a lively and welcoming setting.
Guided by Chef Fernando Arévalo’s mission to share the heartbeat of Colombia with diners through food, the menu reimagines traditional dishes through a contemporary lens, showcasing bold flavours and distinctive ingredients sourced from Colombia and beyond. Signature highlights include Ceviche Salvaje with Sashimi-Grade Sawara, Colada Tiger’s Milk and Cassava Rambutan; Pincho de Langosta featuring Grilled Lobster Tail, Coconut, Plantain and Leeks; and Churrasco de Cordero y Pandebono with Slow-Cooked Lamb, Mushrooms, Colombian Bread and Confit Egg.

Chef-Owner Fernando Arévalo
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, and trained at the prestigious Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, Chef Fernando Arévalo has worked alongside culinary legends like Daniel Boulud and Mario Batali. With over a decade of experience leading world-class kitchens in Singapore, including Artemis, Preludio and his Colombian restaurant Bacata, Chef Fernando is on a mission to showcase the beauty and diversity of Latin American cuisine. Latido is the culmination of his lifelong dream to bring the flavors of Colombia to the global stage, combining innovation with tradition to create dishes that push boundaries while honoring cultural roots.
